WHOLESALE POLICIES

                              OVERVIEW

  • By signing up for wholesale, each wholesaler agrees to these guidelines and must abide by them.
  • The wholesale discount is 50% off of retail with the exception of sale items.
  • First + reorder minimum is $175
  • Must meet unit minimums of 3 per style
  • Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. For orders placed on this website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) 
  • Our candles and body care products are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received and it take a minimum of 7-10 business days to process and ship .
  • If you are a subscription box service please provide us with quantities ahead of time of the items you are purchasing so we have the inventory you need on hand.
  • You may not sell our items and or designs on third parties such as: Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.  You may sell on your own website.
  • When ready to place an order; Please send us an email at info@solwickandbody.com with the following info., Contac name, Email, business mailing and physical address, business tax id or resale id, social media handle. After a few days we will send you an approval or disapproval replay. If approved we will send you a special discount code to apply at checkout and the 50% off will be automatically apply to your order. 

 

                    COPYRIGHT + TRADEMARK

  • All photos are property of SOL Wick & Body and wholesalers are permitted to use photos when selling our products only.
  • All SOL Wick & Body photos of SOL Wick & Body products must remain unaltered.  You may not alter, photoshop, or update / reuse in any photos in any way.
  • When reselling our products, SOL Wick & Body products may not be altered in any way - adding or removing design details, removing / adding stickers. They cannot be rebranded.

 

                                 PAYMENT

  •  For orders placed on this website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex)  Larger orders / orders over $1,000 may pay through wire transfer - please contact us for info.
  • All wholesale orders are exempt from additional coupons (unless we have a free shipping promo for wholesale customers). 

 

                      SHIPPING + DELIVERY

 Free US Shipping for orders $250 and over. We ship via UPS Ground,  FEDEX OR USPS PRIORITY

  • All wholesale orders will ship within 1-4 business day after a processing time of 5-8 business days depending on quantity unless otherwise specified.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number.
  • Orders placed during the holiday season may take 4-7 business days to ship.
  • We offer free local delivery.
  •  SOL Wick & Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
  • SOL Wick & Body has no control over delivery delays due to the weather.

 

                 RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

  • Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
  • All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to SOL Wick & Body within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please provide a photo as well as your invoice number.
  •   After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase.
  • Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • If you must cancel an order it must be done before an item is shipped out.  Once the items are shipped they can no longer be canceled.

  • We offer free scents samples upon request.
